slk.pw is a short link service for developers.

How much is the service charge?

It is free of charge.
The site is planned to bear administrative expenses etc by the administrator.
However, since the operating expenses are high, I would be pleased if you donate.
Donation methods will be accepted with bitcoin or ETH. (We will publish the website for donation later.)
